Pricing Guidelines

We offer the most fair and honest pricing in the junk removal industry. Our prices are based on the total volume and weight that your items take up in the truck or trailer and labor costs.  Since all jobs are different, our team will give the final price at the job site prior to loading.

If you have a small load or single item, our in-area pricing can save you lots of money.  It's one of the ways we show that we value repeat customers.  Our all-inclusive pricing includes   labor, drive time, sorting, recycling/ donations, mileage distance and disposal fees,.

Our  standard fees may  only be modified for extra labor circumstances (example hoarding  house prep, bio-waste, traveling several flights of stairs, carries in excess of 50 yards , heavy items such as rock or stone, etc).  Neatly stacked boxes in the garage are always going to cost less than yard debris in the back corner of your property.
